Plante Moran is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of reporting across the Workday platform. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ERP reporting/analytics/data management.
• Hands-on Workday reporting/analytics experience (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools and Prism Analytics.
• Experience with data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations).
• Ability to translate complex data into business insights; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Workday reporting and analytics strategy (standard reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics, and related data products).
• Serve as the SME for Workday reporting tools and the Workday data model; define standards, architecture, data definitions, and governance.
• Translate business reporting needs into scalable Workday solutions and a prioritized delivery roadmap.
• Lead Workday data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations), optimizing performance, volume, and security constraints.
• Own the Prism Analytics roadmap (use cases, sourcing, transformations, and lifecycle management) and support delivery across deployments and releases.
• Provide technical leadership: documentation, mentoring, complex issue resolution, and alignment with integration, security, and compliance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying current on Workday capabilities, best practices, and industry trends; build and maintain a peer network.
