Job summary

Mindlance seeks an experienced Senior Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Configurator to support configuration, testing, deployment, and production support across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, Reporting, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processes.

• Experience with Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Eligibility/Condition Rules.
• Strong payroll testing, reconciliation, and production support experience.
• Master's degree preferred/required per client requirement.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Configure earnings, deductions, payroll calculations, time rules, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Develop calculated fields, condition rules, validations, and business processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and payroll parallel testing.
• Perform payroll/time data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, Reporting, and Technology teams.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Configurator to support configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Configure earnings, deductions, payroll calculations, time rules, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Develop calculated fields, condition rules, validations, and business processes.
