We are seeking a Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Functional Lead to support a multi-year ERP harmonization initiative within the energy sector. This role will serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, helping align the organization's existing Workday environment with a new financial ERP platform. This is a remote consulting opportunity for an experienced Workday professional who can lead functional design, configuration assessment, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities. The selected consultant will partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, business stakeholders, Digital teams, integration resources, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle. Per contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.
