Job Title: Workday Payroll Systems Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH

Compensation Range: $130,000 - 155,000

Project Details: Our customer is preparing to replace a key role on their team:Payroll Systems Manager. This is a particularly unique and specialized position within the organization, and they are looking for a candidate with strong experience inWorkday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

• The team is heavily project focused and supports initiatives such as Workday governance, legislative changes, HR policy implementations, acquisitions, audits, and enterprise-wide system enhancements.
• The manager needs to be able to assess competing priorities, understand team capacity, establish governance, and, at times, push back on requests or negotiate timelines to protect both the team and the integrity of their systems.
• Manage and sustain high demand environments, influence priorities, setting boundaries, and challenging demands.
• In this environment, there will be times we successfully influence change and times we need to accommodate operational needs. Finding that balance is critical.
