The role focuses on analysis, design, and implementation of payroll and time systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with HR, Legal, and IT.

The ideal candidate has expertise in test scripting across manual and automated frameworks, plus test analysis, execution, and reporting to improve efficiency and coverage.

Formación

• Experience designing ad hoc payroll reports.
• Ability to analyze payroll systems and data flows.
• Familiarity with test scripting in manual and automated frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain payroll system codes and tables.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot payroll processes.
• Maintain and enhance the test scripts library.
• Evaluate compliance and provide reporting for audits.
• Lead audits by producing required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on remediation plans.
• Document system configurations and support training.
