Job summary

Advantra Consulting Group is seeking a Workday Payroll/Benefits Consultant for a remote, 12+ month contract in higher education. You will provide hands-on production support across Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Benefits, handling tickets and ensuring processes run smoothly.

You will investigate recurring issues, trace them to configurations or processes, document solutions, and help business users complete their work in Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
• Ability to investigate recurring tickets and trace issues to configurations.

Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking & Benefits production support | Higher education:

The Workday Payroll and Benefits Consultant provides hands-on production support across Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and
Benefits. You will investigate recurring tickets, trace them back to the underlying configuration or process issue, document the solution,
and help business users understand how to complete their work inside Workday.
You will also help resolve downstream data issues moving between Recruiting, Staffing, Benefits, and Payroll.
