Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Workday Integrations Systems Analyst to design, develop, and support complex integrations between Workday and external systems. You will serve as the primary Workday Integrations analyst, part of a growing team, and help ensure data integrity across platforms while driving improvements to integration architecture.

You will work on monitoring, testing, documentation, and collaboration with HR partners globally in a role that blends technical development with business process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years Workday integrations and business systems analysis.
• Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
• Workday Integration Business Processes.
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting Workflow.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and web service technologies.
• Proficiency in supporting connectors including but not limited HCM, Third Party Payroll and Benefits.
• Workday Studio is a strong plus!
• Proven expertise with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Integrations analyst for Cloudera.
• Join, and be supported by, a growing team of amazing functional analysts.
• Develop and maintain net-new integrations using Workday tools.
• Provide monitoring, support and maintenance for existing integrations.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
• Create and execute test plans and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing integrations and architecture.
