Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator (Contractor) to own Integrations, Studio & Projects, ensuring a reliable, audit-ready Workday environment for our government-focused work.

You will partner with the HCM Manager to translate decisions into configuration and continuous improvement across the system. You will build reports, manage EIBs, Studio integrations, security, and incident resolution, while operating in a remote-first, US-based role for six months with potential

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday HCM certification and ability to build reports across modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within an architecture framework.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
• Build and configure Business Processes, security, and dashboards.
• Monitor releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate UAT.
• Support integrations, Studio developments, and the Projects module.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
