Job summary

DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Workday Solutions Engineer to bridge DMA's enterprise Workday platform with its proprietary tax software ecosystem. The role emphasizes integration design, reliability, and scalability within the Architecture & Innovation team.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Workday integration experience and a platform-first mindset, collaborating with stakeholders and development squads to enable robust API-driven connections and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, integration engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or REST/SOAP APIs).
• Solid understanding of REST API design, JSON/XML data formats, OAuth 2.0, and web services fundamentals.
• Experience with .NET or Azure-based systems and familiarity with iPaaS tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, SOAP/REST APIs, and Extend.
• Architect integration patterns between Workday and DMA's .NET/PostgreSQL/Azure stack.
• Develop and own integration documentation including data flow diagrams and API contracts.
• Evaluate middleware and iPaaS tooling where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Architecture & Innovation to align integrations with platform strategy.
• Own internal Workday platform expertise including APIs, data model, security, and release cycle.
• Identify and automate cross-system data flows, contributing to AI and automation initiatives.
