Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer

Overview

Slalom is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer to join our team. As a key player, you will work with clients to develop and implement integrations across various Workday modules, ensuring optimal use of their Workday investment.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in technical design sessions for Workday integrations and develop detailed documentation aligned with client objectives.
2. Develop, test, and document integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other domains.
3. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Educate clients on Workday concepts including Business Process design, security, and reporting.
5. Use common integration patterns to automate data flow to downstream applications.
6. Contribute to expanding capabilities within the Workday practice and across Slalom.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, RaaS reports, and Workday Public API.
• Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Workday calculated fields.
• Certifications in Workday Integrations Core, Studio, and Financials.
• Desired certifications include Workday Prism, Extend, CCTPP, Orchestration, Adaptive Insights, and BIRT.
• Interest in iPaaS technologies like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Informatica.

Additional Information

Regional travel opportunities are available. The role is full-time, with seniority levels ranging from Mid-Senior to Senior Consultant. The salary range varies based on experience and seniority, with additional benefits and bonus potential.
