Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer

Overview

Slalom is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant/Developer to partner with clients, ensuring maximum value from their Workday investments. You will serve as a subject matter expert across strategic projects, guiding clients from planning to implementation and support throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed documentation aligned with client objectives.
• Develop, test, and document integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other domains.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into integrated solutions.
• Educate clients on Workday concepts like Business Process design, security, and reporting.
• Use integration patterns to automate data flows to downstream applications.
• Contribute to expanding capabilities within the Workday practice.
• Travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, RaaS, and Workday Public API.
• Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Workday calculated fields.
• Certifications in Workday Integrations Core, Studio, and Financials.
• Desired: Certifications in Prism, Extend, CCTPP, Orchestration, Adaptive Insights, reporting, BIRT.
• Interest in iPaaS technologies like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $96,000 to $177,000 at the Consultant level, with higher ranges for Senior and Principal levels. Discretionary bonuses may apply. Benefits include time off, health coverage, parental leave, 401(k), and wellness reimbursements.
