About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our global Mercer Workday integration practice team. This remote position is within the United States.

What you need to have

1. 1-3 years of Workday implementation experience.
2. Completion of three full implementations with Workday HCM or Financial Integrations.
3. Workday Integrations Pro Certification.
4. Familiarity with XSLT, Java, JavaScript, .NET, CSS, REST/SOAP API, and cloud-based web services.
5. Travel may be required based on customer needs.
6. Experience supervising and managing integration staff.
7. A collaborative spirit capable of building positive relationships at all organizational levels.

Preferred qualifications

1. Recent graduate with a degree in MIS or CS, eager to work as a developer and consultant.
2. Experience with other ERP systems, databases, data warehouses, data lakes, authentication/authorization systems, and CRM systems.
3. Familiarity with Workday reporting, Workday Prism, and Workday Studio.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
5. Understanding of API design principles (RESTful, GraphQL), microservices, and event-driven systems.
