BankUnited seeks a skilled Workday Developer/Integrator to design and build integrations between Workday and other systems, maintain existing connections, and respond to incidents reported by Level 2 and 3 support. You will act as the liaison with vendors and business units, contribute to new projects, and ensure change control processes for patches and upgrades.

You will document technical designs, system flows, and interface descriptions, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Workday development experience.
• Workday Pro Orchestrate Developer Certification preferred.
• Workday Pro Extend Developer Certification required.
• Experience in GitHub.
• Experience researching security requirements for SaaS in banking.

Aufgaben

• Develops new integrations between Workday and other applications.
• Maintains and supports existing integrations between Workday and other inbound and outbound applications.
• Responds to, defines, researches, and resolves customer issues referred by Level 2 and Level 3 support for the applications supported.
• Functions as the liaison between vendors and BankUnited business units.
• Provides subject matter expertise and participates in projects related to new and existing applications.
• Follows defined change control processes to test and install system patches, upgrades, or features.
• Maintains system files and monitors system configurations to ensure data integrity.
• Reviews, analyzes, and installs application systems in support of the business lines.
• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify objectives.
• Documents and writes manuals describing installation and operating procedures.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing or newly developed applications or systems and prepares documentation, including detailed technical designs, system flow charts, and system interface descriptions outlining system capabilities and processes.
• Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
• Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
• Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
