Qualifikationen

• Workday Pro Orchestrate Developer Certification preferred.

• Experience researching security requirements for SaaS in banking.

• Develops new integrations between Workday and other applications.
• Maintains and supports existing integrations between Workday and other inbound and outbound applications.
• Responds to, defines, researches, and resolves customer issues referred by Level 2 and Level 3 support for the applications supported.
• Functions as the liaison between vendors and BankUnited business units.
• Provides subject matter expertise and participates in projects related to new and existing applications.
• Follows defined change control processes to test and install system patches, upgrades, or features.
• Maintains system files and monitors system configurations to ensure data integrity.
• Reviews, analyzes, and installs application systems in support of the business lines.
• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify objectives.
• Documents and writes manuals describing installation and operating procedures.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing or newly developed applications or systems and prepares documentation, including detailed technical designs, system flow charts, and system interface descriptions outlining system capabilities and processes.
• Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
• Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
• Identifies and reports suspicious activity.

JOB SUMMARY This position provides Application and Development Support for internal users for various mission critical systems. This position is also responsible for daily response to issues related to system functions, integrations development, report authoring and ongoing rollout of systems.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, and/or engineering or comparable experience, with the appropriate emphasis in Business Administration, and Client Server support experience.
• Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems, and/or Engineering or comparable experience preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 3+ years of Workday development experience.
• Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Certification preferred.
• Workday Pro Workday Extend Developer Certification required.
• Experience in GitHub.
• Experience researching and keeping "abreast" of industry technical/ business information security requirements and translating those requirements to the Banks information environment.
• Proven support experience in software as a service (SaaS) and other cloud applications.

• Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
