Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Workday Integration developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large-scale company initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

As Part Of This Role, You'll Be Responsible For:

• Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity
• Providing deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements and new features on Workday Integration system
• Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
• Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy, and configuration changes
• Supporting test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
• Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of system enhancements
• Working closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement
• Balancing BAU requests along with transformation projects

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:

• Experience with custom connectors
• Participation in Scrum teams and daily stand-ups
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Supporting over 200 applications daily in a BAU capacity
• Building new integrations and transforming existing ones
• Experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU environment
• Integration configuration skills including Workday Business Process Configuration and Security
• Advanced Reporting skills
• Cross-module knowledge within Workday (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management) is beneficial
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Preference for experience with Extend platform
