Hollstadt Consulting is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support a dynamic HR Technology team within a complex Workday environment. This contract role focuses on integration project delivery, system enhancements, and ongoing production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations and be able to balance development work with production support while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Experience building inbound and outbound integrations.
• Advanced Report Writing and Workday Reporting expertise.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, Extend, and Orchestrate.

Responsibilities

• Design and support Workday integrations across the enterprise.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations with external systems.
• Create and maintain Workday reports including Advanced Reports.
• Analyze requirements and translate to scalable solutions.
• Provide production support and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate and optimize integrations for reliability.
• Lead testing, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution.
