Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Workday Integration Developer/Specialist for an opportunity with a client located in East Point, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new integrations and modify existing ones using Workday tools like EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on new Workday features, technologies, and best practices.
• Thoroughly test integrations for functionality and data integrity, and deploy into production.
• Troubleshoot errors, support existing integrations, and identify improvements.
• Ensure integrations are secure and data is protected.
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to Workday platform efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Integrations and technology delivery.
• Proficiency in Workday tools like Studio, EIB, APIs, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
• Strong programming skills in XSLT, XML, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Benefits integrations (preferred), Workday Prism, or Extend (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment; Rally experience is preferred.
• Long-term contract, W2 only, no C2C or sponsorship.
• Remote within the US.
