Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a client-facing Integration Lead to run the integration workstream for a Workday ERP implementation, guiding the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.

You will blend hands-on design with delivery leadership, manage discovery through deployment, mentor developers, and coordinate with client stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable Workday integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, most recently as an Integration Lead or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream end to end, covering discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and product leadership on integration priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Direct and mentor integration developers while staying hands-on with design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate client discovery and design sessions, translating business and technical requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, quality, and client expectations, escalating risks and proposing alternative approaches when needed.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, third-party vendors, and the system integrator to deliver shared objectives.
