Hale International is supporting a client in need of a skilled Workday Integrations Consultant to assist with optimizing and stabilizing complex payroll and benefits integrations. This is a flexible remote project with a mid-June start.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize existing integrations between Workday and third-party systems, including:
2. Vista ViewPoint (used to manage Union Payroll and Benefits) – integration is currently unstable and not pulling the correct core data.
3. Empower (401k provider) – integration in place but not functioning as expected.
4. Conduct a thorough review and data validation of integration touchpoints.
5. Provide hands-on Workday integration support, including potential redevelopment of existing connectors.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
7. Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer where needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering Workday HCM, Benefits, and Payroll integrations, including custom integration builds.
• Strong background integrating Workday with third-party union payroll systems – experience with Vista ViewPoint is essential.
• Experience troubleshooting and enhancing existing Workday integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
