Job summary

S2 IT Group in Alpharetta, GA seeks a skilled Workday HRMS migration specialist to guide legacy Oracle HRMS migration to Workday cloud. You will define business processes, implement testing, and configure Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and more, using Tosca for automation.

The role requires strong reporting skills, custom integrations, and collaboration with HR to maintain the Workday roadmap. Travel within the US is required; a Master’s degree in IT is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
• Willingness to travel to unanticipated client locations within the US.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define business processes to migrate legacy Oracle HRMS systems to cloud-based Workday HRMS system.
• Implement testing strategies and configure modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
• Design, configure, automate business processes using Tosca to enhance current application systems including Hire, Change Job, Termination, Propose Compensation, etc.
• Strong knowledge in developing Custom Reports and Advanced Reports using Report writers.
• Build custom integrations via core connectors and EIBs; manage integrations using Calculated Fields, EIB, Document Transformation, WorkdayConnector, XML, XSLT, Web Services.
• Use EIBs and iLoad to load new data and changes to the tenant; knowledge of MuleSoft integration to connect third-party systems.
• Work with HR to create and maintain Workday Roadmap with intent to extend value of Workday functionality and new capabilities.
• Keep the team up to date with Workday releases via release notes and internal release review meetings.
• Prepare Test cases, user acceptance test cases, bug fixing.
