Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Miramar, FL is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to oversee the daily maintenance and optimization of the Workday HCM suite. You will liaison with HR, IT and vendors to ensure data integrity, generate reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement new functionality across HCM modules.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in HRIS configuration, data analytics, and/or system administration.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in HR Information Management System configuration, HR data analytics, and/or system administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Info Systems, Computer Science, or Related field.
• Workday experience in at least one of: Benefits, Core HR, Integrations, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, or Advanced Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into requirements, drives projects, and delivers value-added HR tech solutions.
• Develops customized reports or business processes based on operational needs.
• Serves as the primary technical contact between HR, other departments and vendors for planning, problem resolution and reporting.
• Provides user training and support for system users.
• Documents processes to maintain data integrity using audit scripts and controls.
• Identifies automation opportunities and collaborates with stakeholders on new software solutions or workflows.
• Supports Workday module upgrades and patches across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning and Absence.
• Collaborates with IT and vendors for system upgrades and new project implementations.
