Job summary

Gateway Church seeks a Team Resources Analyst to be the department's system and data seat. You will administer Workday, maintain Team Member data, build integrations with the payroll provider and other systems, and translate the department's data into actionable leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years HRIS admin or analytics experience.
• Hands-on Workday administration experience with reporting and integrations.
• Workday certification preferred or payroll/HRIS transition experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers Workday: configuration, business processes, security, org structures, supervisory orgs, cost centers.
• Maintains data integrity through audits and reconciliations; handles confidential data.
• Supports employee lifecycle transactions: hires, terminations, transfers, job changes.
• Manages integrations between Workday and payroll/SaaS or internal systems; monitors for errors.
• Provides system support to HRBPs, Benefits, Compliance, and Business Operations; evaluates tools.
