- Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems tailored to the employer's needs and strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions or processes

- Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge of Workday HR systems in Recruiting, Compensation, BP Workflows, and functional Reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience

- Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
- Familiarity with secure design practices in software development
