Summary:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as a business function and system expert for module(s) or sub-module(s) of the new Workday ERP system. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document requirements for business processes, including highly complex processes. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will utilize those requirements to identify appropriate technical solutions and any associated business process enhancements for the future state system. The position will contribute to testing and training activities, including documentation and execution. Additionally, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage moderately sized sub-projects within the functional area and provide mentorship to less experienced analysts.
Job Responsibilities:
Other responsibilities include end-user training, project management, providing guidance to analysts, and leadership support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Salary ranges from $47.58 to $76.13 per hour, commensurate with experience. Johns Hopkins prioritizes employee health and well-being and values diversity and inclusion, fostering a welcoming environment for all.
