Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Workday Report Analyst to drive key HR metrics through data extraction from Workday and related systems. You will build dashboards and reports to support decision-making across business units, enhance data quality, and enable standardized analytics processes.

The role requires 2+ years of Workday reporting experience, proficiency in BI tools, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights for workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, computer science, data analytics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in HR analytics, preferably in HR.
• Experience in data visualization design and development using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau.
• Workday experience with 2+ years of Workday report writing, including advanced, matrix, simple search, and complex reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR and organization-wide decision making.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven solutions for improvements.
• Create data files for recruitment campaigns and organizational communications.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support engagement and retention goals.
• Produce reports and scorecards to aid HR and leadership decisions.
