Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional HCM Manager to lead multi-functional Workday implementations in a high-demand HR technology practice. You will guide discovery through deployment, manage timelines and risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

6+ years implementing Workday HCM Cloud with 4+ full life cycles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Proven ability to lead project teams and meet deadlines within budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-functional implementation team across discovery, design, configuration and deployment.
Manage project timelines, communications, and risk identification/mitigation.
Serve as point person for functional consultants and coordinate with integrations/data teams.
Support sales activities using Workday implementation expertise.
Build relationships to strengthen Deloitte's reputation as a leading Workday partner.
