Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional HCM Manager to lead multi-functional Workday implementations and guide teams through discovery, design, configuration, and deployment. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder relationship-building in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The successful candidate should have 6+ years of Workday HCM Cloud experience across multiple full life cycle implementations and be able to travel up to 50% to serve clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM Cloud across 4+ full life cycles.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
• 6+ years leading a project team with deadlines and client expectations.
• 4+ years managing project financials, risks, and issues.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional implementation team in planning and executing discovery, design, configuration, and deployment activities, ensuring superior quality delivery for client projects
• Manage project timeline, communications and risk identification and mitigation
• Act as point person for all functional consultants, providing direction and guidance to team and coordinating with integrations and data consultants as needed
• Use your experience and knowledge of Workday implementations to support sales activities
• Build relationships internally and externally to strengthen Deloitte's reputation as a leading Workday implementation partner
