Qualifications

• 6+ years implementing Workday HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
• 6+ years' hands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Workday HCM product.
• 6+ years' experience leading a project team with deadlines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional implementation team in planning and executing discovery, design, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Manage project timeline, communications and risk identification and mitigation.
• Act as point person for all functional consultants, coordinating with integrations and data consultants as needed.
• Support sales activities using Workday expertise.
• Build relationships internally and externally to strengthen Deloitte's reputation as a leading Workday partner.
