Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Functional HCM Manager for its HR Strategy & Technology team in the United States. You will lead multi-functional Workday deployments, guiding discovery, design, configuration, and go-live activities while ensuring high-quality delivery for clients.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years implementing Workday HCM Cloud, 4 full life cycles, and strong leadership. The role offers opportunities to support sales, develop teams, and strengthen Deloitte's position as a top Workday

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years' hands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Workday HCM product, from planning through design, build, testing and go-live.
• 6+ years' experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations.
• 4+ years' managing project financials, including monitoring and managing project risks/issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional implementation team in planning and executing discovery, design, configuration, and deployment activities, ensuring superior quality delivery for client projects.
• Manage project timeline, communications and, risk identification and mitigation.
• Act as point person for all functional consultants, providing direction and guidance to team and coordinating with integrations and data consultants as needed.
• Use your experience and knowledge of Workday implementations to support sales activities.
• Build relationships internally and externally to strengthen your and the firm's reputation as a leading Workday implementation partner
