Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Consultant to lead configuration and delivery across implementation, support, and development projects. The role emphasizes client collaboration, accurate requirements gathering, and seamless integration with payroll and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday HCM domain, including Core HCM and Time Tracking in implementations/support/development projects.
• Experience with Workday cloud platform and integration with Payroll, Absence Management, HCM.
• Knowledge of BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations) and Workday Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools to improve outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks while embedding quality planning into workflows.
• Develop and monitor project estimates, budgets, and resource allocation.
