Job summary

Invisors is seeking a Workday HCM Senior Consultant to partner with clients, lead requirements sessions, and deliver HCM solutions in the United States. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes.

In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Workday implementation projects experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About this Role

As an Invisors Workday HCM Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday HCM solutions and implementations. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Location & Employment Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.

• This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
