Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Key Skills:

• Experience in software development life cycle and Workday Finance Management.


• Experience in Workday cloud.


• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday application.


• Proficient in all the delivered ERP processes and reports, and be able to suggest best practices.


• Experience in working on Workday Cloud projects.


• Must have experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, payment, etc), Accounting Center.


• Proficient in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud building integrations, reports, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects.


• Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a global delivery environment.


• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.


• Expertise and responsible for providing consulting service to support all aspects of Workday Cloud systems implementation including business flow understanding and documenting.


• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.


• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode and experience.


• Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
