Workday HCM Lead (Solventum)

3M Health Care is now Solventum, a company committed to enabling better, smarter, and safer healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Lead to oversee and manage the implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM modules, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system efficiencies and enhancements.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end Workday HCM implementations or enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures activities.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to translate needs into system configurations.
• Managing system configuration, business processes, security roles, and reporting within Workday.
• Leading Workday release management, analyzing new features, assessing impacts, and coordinating testing and adoption.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years of Workday configuration experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead or senior functional role.
• Understanding of Workday HCM modules, reporting tools, and business process framework.
• Experience leading Workday implementations or post-go-live projects.

Additional helpful qualifications include experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Time Tracking, excellent communication skills, and certifications like Workday Pro or Agile/Scrum.

Work Location & Travel

Remote - United States; up to 5% domestic travel; relocation assistance may be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Range: $119,076 - $145,537 annually, including base pay and variable incentives. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and more. Details at our careers page.
