KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
  2. Review and map Workday business processes.
  3. Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  4. Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Workday.
  5. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
  1. At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead consultant with Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation implementation and upgrade experience.
  2. Minimum of five full lifecycle implementations with Workday Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect, and Workday certification in Workday Compensation. Candidates hired without current certification must obtain it within three months of employment.
  3. Experience leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment.
  4. Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality.
  5. Deep knowledge of Workday Compensation processes and best practices.
  6. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  7. Ability to travel up to 70%.
  8. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.

KPMG complies with local regulations regarding salary ranges. The salary for this role in California is $129,300 - $223,900. Our Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and well-being benefits. Additional details are available on our Careers site.
