Technical Recruiter - Software Development at Optomi

Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization known for its strong company culture and impactful work, is seeking ERP Systems Analysts with experience in either Workday or UKG. These roles support major cloud migration and process improvement initiatives across the organization’s enterprise applications.

This candidate will join an established ERP team focused on optimizing Workday and UKG environments by eliminating manual workarounds, completing prior implementations, and deploying new features. The Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, Supply Chain, AP, and Legal to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

General Qualifications (for all ERP Analysts):

• 5+ years of total ERP systems experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional business units
• Prior experience in an established Workday or UKG environment
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and understanding of system security and integrations
• Ability to work on-site two days a week in Fort Worth, TX

For Workday Analysts:

• Experience with multiple Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence
• Background in enhancing Workday features and supporting process improvements

For UKG Analysts:

• 2+ years of WFM (Workforce Management) migration experience (ideally WFC to WFM Pro)
• Recent experience with UKG WFM Pro (depth not required, but must be current)
• Experience supporting cloud-based UKG migration projects

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

System Configuration & Customization (25%)

• Configure ERP systems to meet evolving business needs
• Develop workflows, set system parameters, manage roles/security, and optimize data structures
• Maintain and troubleshoot ERP system integrations of varying complexity
• Follow all standardized change control protocols

System Support & Troubleshooting (25%)

• Provide advanced end-user support and resolve complex technical issues
• Monitor performance, analyze error logs, and ensure system reliability
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated issues

Requirements Gathering & Analysis (20%)

• Conduct business process analysis and translate needs into system specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and identify process improvements

Project Support (20%)

• Contribute to ERP project planning, configuration, testing, and post-launch support
• Support IS projects that intersect with ERP systems or require ERP data

Security & Compliance (10%)

• Administer user access and conduct security audits
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards and internal policies
