Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday HCM Lead/Associate Architect to own the quality and delivery of Workday deployments across capabilities. You will engage directly with customers on implementations across Launch, Launch Express, and Your Way, driving successful outcomes and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations, focusing on HCM Core Compensation.
• Workday HCM core modules knowledge; experience with Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent is a plus.
• Experience with Workday configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup.
• Excellent customer management experience with stakeholders at all levels and client presentations.
