Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality, including tenant setup and security.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot calculated fields, rules, and validation logic.
• Lead training and maintain comprehensive reference guides and job aids.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
