Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC is seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on day-to-day Workday Core HCM administration, data integrity, and lifecycle transactions, collaborating with HR, payroll, and benefits to ensure smooth operations.

You will participate in testing, reporting, and process improvements, contribute to training materials, and support annual HR activities such as benefits enrollment and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas: Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent/Performance Management.
• Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, security, integrations, or testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Workday Core HCM, including employee data, positions, organizations, job changes, compensation changes.
• Support Workday functionality for Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and coordinate resolutions with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and stakeholders.
• Assist with Workday configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support HR activities such as benefits enrollment, compensation, performance reviews, and recruiting.
• Review data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with Workday reporting and provide data to HR and business partners.
• Participate in testing for Workday updates and configuration changes.
• Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Respond to Workday-related questions from employees, managers, and HR partners and provide clear guidance on system processes.
• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and data security when working with sensitive employee information.
