Qualifications

• Workday certification or equivalent practical experience in Core Financials, Financial Accounting or FDM.
• Led multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementation projects.
• Experience configuring Workday Financials and related Customer Accounts functionality.
• 5–8 years in cloud implementations within a consulting role.
• 2–4 years as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Ability to coach and develop others and provide industry insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing engagements from pursuit to delivery with strong project management.
• Lead teams and interact with clients at tactical and strategic levels; drive data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to practice development and mentor Coachees when assigned.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate across project teams.

Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

• Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Core Financials , Financial Accounting or FDM

• Must have performed several implementations from start to go live.

• Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions

• Having experience working with Healthcare or Higher Ed clients is a HUGE plus

• Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionality

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

• 5-8 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role

• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist

• Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutions

• Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership

• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
