Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Workday Financial Implementation professional to join the Workday Practice. You will lead and execute finance transformations, from assessments to go-live, helping organizations leverage Workday Financials for better decision-making.

You will oversee design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, and mentor junior consultants. The role requires up to 50% travel, strong communication, and proven Workday expertise.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of Workday Financial implementation experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or five years with a Master’s degree.
• Workday certification and demonstrated command of at least two Workday Financial pillars.
• Experience in projects within a structured methodology.
• Experience in ERP software sales cycles (RFx responses, oral presentations).
• Up to 50% travel with a mix of remote/worksite requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on assigned projects, streamlining client processes.
• Oversee and facilitate design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, and mentor junior consultants.
• Documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live and post-production (hypercare) support.
• Participate in an innovative teaming culture and communicate challenges to project processes.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and a passion for high customer satisfaction levels.
• Participate in sales cycle activities.
