Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Manager - FDM/Accounting to lead advisory teams delivering payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will architect Workday Financials, manage workshops, and drive cross-functional program success across client engagements.

Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on client needs. A Workday Financials Partner Certification and a strong consulting background are required.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience (lead role).
• Minimum 4 years Hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum 4 years US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Architect Workday Financials solutions with cross-functional impacts.
• Conduct client education workshops.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Provide SME guidance for functional decision making.
• Mentor project staff and track performance.
