• Design, implement, document, and maintain Office365 solutions that meet business and security requirements for the organization.
• Serve as the O365 SME.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and project stakeholders to ensure the Office365 environment is optimized for performance, reliability, security, and user satisfaction.
• Lead and manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization's Office365 environment remains current and competitive.

This opportunity is a direct-hire position. You can work 100% remotely, but you must live in one of the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, or Ohio.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 8+ years of experience managing/implementing/supporting Office365
• 3+ years of Windows Server experience
• 10+ years of infrastructure experience
• Advanced troubleshooting of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, and O365
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Ability to get Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certified after starting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
