About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financials Integrations Lead with deep expertise in Workday Studio and Payroll integrations to join a fast-growing consulting team. This is the ideal role for someone with a strong consulting background and a passion for building scalable and efficient Workday Financial solutions.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates located in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Workday Financials integrations, with a focus on Payroll and Workday Studio solutions.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday integration frameworks, including Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOF/PICIT, and Studio.
3. Provide strategic technical leadership for Workday Financials implementation and optimization projects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
5. Mentor and support junior consultants and technical team members.
6. Conduct integration architecture reviews and recommend process improvements.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
8. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations during integration development and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday integration experience, with 3+ years focused on Workday Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll integrations (US and/or Canada).
• Proven experience leading integrations workstreams on Workday Financials implementation projects.
• Active Workday SI Partner Certification(s) in Financials and/or Integrations (required).
• Background in a Workday consulting or system integrator (SI) environment.
• Expertise in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and Workday’s WSDL.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with third-party payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Paychex).
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics is a plus.
• Prior experience in high-growth consulting or technology firms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
