The Workday Financials (FINS) Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday Financials system. Acting as a key liaison between Finance, Human Resources, and IT, this role ensures the system meets business needs and operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday’s financial modules, experience with integrations, and proficiency in Workday Prism and Workday Adaptive Planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience administering Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of financial processes and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Experience with Workday financial reporting modules.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
