Job description

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 4 years in Finance integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses).
• Drive the implementation and usage of Workday Prism Analytics for financial reporting and insights.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Own the Workday Finance product roadmap, focusing on integration strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Manage Workday releases, tenant refreshes, and change control processes related to Finance modules.
• Prioritize backlog items, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with support teams.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Workday Financial Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's Financial Management solution.
• Learn and understand clients' business requirements and design, build, configure, test and support the Workday Financial Management system.
• Create custom reports as required.

Preferred Skills
