Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive ERP-enabled projects in Oracle Finance domains for US clients. Build scope, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional delivery teams including stakeholders and QA. This role emphasizes risk management, proposal support, and resource planning.

The ideal candidate has strong Oracle ERP Finance experience, P2P and O2C process knowledge, and cloud/ERP deployment familiarity. Willingness to relocate or travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle ERP Finance – AP, AR, GL with exposure to cash management.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with solution design (FDDs, solution architecture, process flows).
• Experience with conference room pilots, SIT/UAT and production deployments.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in Logistics & Transportation, Freight & Logistics services.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel may be required.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

• Experience in Oracle ERP Finance – AP, AR, GL modules with exposure to cash management.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay process.
• Experience in Order-to-Cash process.
• Experience with solution design (FDDs, solution architecture, process flows).
• Experience in conduct conference room pilots, support testing (SIT, UAT) and production deployments.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in Logistics & Transportation, Freight & Logistics services.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in Transportation and 3PL (Third-party Logistics).

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
