Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Workday Finance Integrations & Automation Analyst to support its Finance Department’s technology ecosystem.

The role focuses on analyzing, supporting, and optimizing accounting systems, ensuring smooth integrations and driving automation initiatives for better efficiency and data accuracy. You will act as a liaison between Accounting and Technology teams, manage Tier 2 support, and help maintain system performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience in accounting systems, finance operations, or technology support preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Manage user access (activations/deactivations) and respond to internal and external system inquiries.
• Lead incident management for third-party applications, coordinating with IT/IS teams as needed.
• Identify, implement, and support automation tools, AI solutions, and system integrations.
• Analyze accounting processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support system upgrades, including testing, implementation, and communication.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including policies and procedures, training materials, and user guides.
