Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Workday FDM Architect in Boston, MA to review the current Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) and advise Finance and HR leadership on FDM strategy and design decisions.

You will identify risks, gaps, and long-term scalability concerns, provide recommendations for supporting a new company entity within Workday, and partner with Finance, HR and Workday stakeholders to align on direction.

Responsibilities:

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Workday FDM Architect. Responsibilities:

• Workday FDM Architect will review and assess the current Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM)
• Advise Finance and HR leadership on FDM strategy and design decisions
• Identify potential risks, gaps, and long-term scalability concerns
• As a Workday FDM Architect, you will provide recommendations for supporting a new company entity within Workday
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Workday stakeholders to align on direction

Requirements:

• Experience leading FDM design, redesign, or optimization initiatives
• Experience supporting multi-company or new entity implementations
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials and Foundation Data Model (FDM)
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to assess current state design and provide strategic recommendations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
