Job summary

Accenture in Nashville, TN is seeking a Workday Data Lead to steer data workstreams on global Workday implementations. You will design data solutions, manage on/offshore teams, and collaborate with clients to meet data requirements, reporting, and regulatory needs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Data conversions, data operations, and complex ETL processes, with a focus on delivering value in a transformational, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Data conversion experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Data workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Data issues
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Data in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Data processes in Workday
• Provide support for Data activities like posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on andoff-shorefunctional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Data solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
