Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise implementations (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Banner).
• PMI certifications and change management credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle Workday module implementations from initiation to post-production support.
• Oversees all aspects of implementation: resources, integrations, reporting, data conversion, and testing.
• Manages cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Drives budget governance and makes recommendations to promote project success.
• Facilitates requirements gathering and ensures governance and risk mitigation.
